When your order are shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.

When the carrier returns an Undeliverable package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs. If you require refund. Please note that the personalized items there is a 30% restocking fee.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition from the date of their receipt.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
1. Please contact our customer service first for your return request and the request should be approved.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 90 days from the date of purchase.
3. All items must be returned in a new and unworn condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please Note: Please DON'T send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. When returning or exchanging items, please offer a valid tracking number within the return shipping method. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
Non-Refundable Items
1. Products are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
2. Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
3. A replacement will not be accepted for a refund.
4. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, over time, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
5. We do not accept any returns for any personalized photo charm(s) unless the picture’s appearance is different from the photo provided to adorlla, as stated in our 90-day Return/Exchange Policy section.6. The parcel which cannot be confirmed that it was lost.
Should an uncommon issue arise with your jewelry, promptly reach out to our customer service for resolution. If such an issue occurs within the warranty period, we will facilitate an exchange to replace your item.
