Easy Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns
We want you to feel comfortable and confident about the quality you will receive when shopping at Amarley and that is why we offer an easy, hassle-free 30-day returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund (minus any shipping and/or gift packaging charges, if any) or an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. There are a few conditions, however:

  • The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition (no damage,no wear).
  • Any ring being returned must have the jewelry tag attached. Please do not remove this tag until you are certain you want to keep your item. The tag does not need to be removed for ring sizing purposes. The thread is extremely thin and will not impact how the ring fits. Jewelry without a tag won't be accepted for a refund.
  • Customized items (including engraved, customized size like ½, ¼, ¾ sizes, customized color, and etc.) will not be accepted for refund. All the rings adding the extra money belong to the customized ones.
  • Replacement will not be accepted for a refund.
  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Process:
If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. One of our representatives will follow up with you via email with by-step instructions. For further assistance, please email us at [email protected].
Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear and tear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds, replacements, and/or credits. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items. Additionally, items modified or re-sized by another jeweller are also not considered new. Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item, otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

About the Back and Forth Shipping Fees:
Amarley will cover the back and forth shipping fees by regular mail under the following circumstances:
1. You received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.
When requesting an exchange, customers will be responsible for back and forth shipping fees under the following circumstances:
1. Customer ordered the wrong size.
2. Customer does not like the item in person.

Important Note:
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. Items can be exchanged more than once, but the time frame for this must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received. And refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
3. Items that are not eligible for shipping fee refunds will not have the $18.00 DHL or $22 UPS fee returned to them. Customers who chose free shipping on their order will have a shipping fee deducted from their refund, we will deduct $10 for order over $50, and $6 for order under $50 .
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking No. will not be processed.
